John D. Siddens, D.O.

• The Jervey name is synonymous in the upstate with quality eyecare. From the early 1900's until the present day our patients have expected, and received, the very best care available. We have 4 locations in the upstate in which to serve our patients.
• The practice includes sixteen doctors, twelve of which are ophthalmologists and 4 who are optometrists.
• We recently moved into our Cross Creek facility which now includes a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center which allows us to give the patient the very finest in surgical care.
• Our newly established optical lab is a full surfacing lens facility that helps us keep our costs competitive and still give you, our patient, the highest quality product available.
• Our tradition and commitment is quality care to the patient.
